11 Ways to Stay Positive Today

Start the day with prayer and meditation.
Allocate some time for personal reflection, creativity and whimsy.
Give yourself enough time to get dressed mindfully and look your best.
Dedicate at least 30 minutes to physical fitness.   Take a walk, stretch, or throw on an exercise video.
Avoid negative conversations and limit your interactions with toxic people.
Laugh.  Giggle.  Be silly.
Make someone else laugh, giggle or be silly.
Do at least one thing to bring you closer to your long term goals. Send an email, make a phone call, do some research.
Don't overbook your day.
Eat nutritious food in several small meals a day.  Drink as much water as you can. 
Hungry = cranky.  Stuffed = groggy and tired.
Say thank you for your food, your safe ride from A to B, for your livelihood and for all your blessings.  Say thank you all day.
